Deal with Physical & Emotional Exhaustion: Sleep, Drink Water, Exercice & Take Vitamin C

Darsha's Holistic Visions

burnout1Burnout is a state of physical and emotional exhaustion. It can occur when you experience long-term stress in your job, or when you have worked in a physically or emotionally draining role for a long time. You can also experience burnout when your efforts at work have failed to produce the results that you expected, and you feel deeply disillusioned as a result.

You might be experiencing burnout if you:

  • Feel that every day at work is a bad day.
  • Feel exhausted much of the time.
  • Feel no joy or interest in your work, or even feel depressed by it.
  • Feel overwhelmed by your responsibilities.
  • Engage in escapist behaviors, such as excess drinking.
  • Have less patience with others than you used to.

Working At Dollar General And My Orgonite Pyramid Arrives

Unfortunately I forgot most of my dreams from last night except for part of my last dream, and that dream took place during the day in the city of D.

I was working at a slightly fictional version of the Dollar General on Eastside probably stocking shelves and cleaning, and there were at least two female coworkers working with me.

This building had two stores in it with a small clothing store on the left side of the building and the Dollar General store on the right side of the building, there was no wall separating each store so they were in one open building, and the only thing that separated them was a hard white and black floor that was basically a walkway that went straight through most of the building and started at the entrance door or doors.

But she said it in a way that sounded like it would be far in the future before she fights again…

French poet Arthur Rimbaud wrote it when he was sixteen years of age in the mid 1800’s. His poetry became famous, arguably increasingly famous after his death, but he permanently abandoned poetry ‘by age twenty and left France to pursue a (rather successful) career as a merchant and arms dealer in Africa.

What did the phrase mean? And, why did he abandon poetry, given his gift?

Rimbaud and Yahoo Answers

His poetry, and particularly this phrase “Je est un autre,” has been the subject of a growing body of speculation and commentary. I found this handful of answers on “Yahoo Answers.”

I disagree with the selection of “best answer” (which reeks of psychobabble), and think the better answer is…
